Highlights

The company was looking for a supplier located in America to ensure the deployment of its global ergonomics program and also able to understand the French approach of ergonomics focused on work activity and the Anglo-Saxon approach based on human factors.

Reporting to the Sustainable Development Department of this large industrial group, this ergonomics program was part of the
group’s environmental health and safety (HSE) standard, which among others the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements. This allowed to position ergonomics in a broader system of management of internationally recognized occupational health and safety standard. The program had three levels to which each of the sites must comply within three years.

The company, a large French industrial group, has more than 60,000 employees, spread over more than 140 sites on 5 continents. In the framework of of this mandate, Vincent Ergonomie intervened in Texas, Maryland, Toronto and elsewhere in Canada and the United States.
