This was facilitated by the fact that the Department already employed fire instructors.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this training, the City was a finalist for Innovation in occupational safety &amp; health, recognition by the Commission de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du travail (CSST).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2006, the Blainville Fire Department created the Blainville fire training (CIFB).
