This allowed to position ergonomics in a broader system of management of internationally recognized occupational health and safety standard. The program had three levels to which each of the sites must comply within three years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company, a large French industrial group, has more than 60,000 employees, spread over more than 140 sites on 5 continents.
