Highlights
The client wanted to carry out physical demand analysis (PDA) requirements of 25 workstations in its distribution centers.
The mandate required the visit and observation of the work in the distributors centors in Quebec and Ontario, the physical facilities
centers and workstations being different in each of these places.
A physical requirements analysis grid was developed for the client in order to properly list the postural constraints at the different joints, work intensity, task duration, etc.
The client now has tools allowing him to act on the most significant risk and potentially affecting a large number of employees and having tools to help its resources in the management of temporary assignments.
