Genco wanted to train a team of intern trainers in the handling of boxes and products in order to prevent injuries to its employees. The company wanted to deploy the training program to all of its handlers (more than 600), while not hindering its daily operations.

The company wanted to select a company capable of supporting a large-scale program lasting several months. Genco operates and manages its customers’ distribution centers. The company occupies, in Coteau-de-Lac, a suburb of Montreal, a warehouse of 1.5 million square feet with a processing capacity of 55 million cubic feet per year from which it supplies Canadan Tire stores for Eastern Canada, including Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes.
