Highlights
The organization wanted to accompany its employees during a major reorganization and relocation affecting more than 400 employees.
The challenge was, for both employees and managers, to move from an arrangement based on an assigned individual workstation to a layout where the positions would now be unassigned (called work-based activity) with collaborative spaces.
The organization wanted to obtain the support, during several months, of an expert in ergonomics in order to set up the plan developed by the change management team, the team responsible for real estate and the human resources of the organization.
Support during a move-redevelopment project is essential to facilitate the acceptance and appropriation of new spaces and new ways of doing things. Moving is therefore not a final stage, but an intermediate stage which was fully supported by the organization.
