University : Ergonomics outsourcing and support to the occupational health and safety department

Highlights

The organization, which offered ergonomics services to its employees via the occupational health & safety department, seen several employees leave this department. This brought a reduction in the ergonomics service offered to employees.

The organization wanted to obtain the support, in outsourcing, of a firm of experts in ergonomics in order to quickly fill the one-off requests for assessment of office workstation, laboratory workstation, employee working in the library and others, the time to
reorganize the department. The initial mandate was for 13 weeks.

Vincent Ergonomie, in collaboration with the client, set up quickly a structure capable of receiving requests, manage calls and appointments and respond to the needs of employees. The firm was even able to catch up on the requests that had accumulated over the last weeks.

The outsourcing of ergonomics services, total or partial, provides a solution in the event of the departure of key employees and when the organization wishes to reorganize, while continuing to provide quality ergonomics services to its employees.
